The Pittsburgh Steelers reportedly released guard Chris Kemoeatu in the team's latest offseason reshuffling.
The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reported the team parted ways with the seven-year veteran Thursday. Kemoeatu started eight games for the Steelers in 2011, his lowest total since 2007.
Concerns about the Steelers' standing with the salary cap have resulted in the departure of several veterans this offseason, the most noteable being wide receiver Hines Ward, who was notified of his release Wednesday.
