Steelers and ravens post game thread

Game Ball: Beilive it or not, Wallace for his catches on the final drive. Great job. Defense. Batch can burn in hell for making me cry when he was hugging Ben.

I was listening to most of the game as I was painting around the house.

Then had to leave after the 3rd to go get my daughter, to get back in time to watch Suisham nail the game winner.

25-36 for 276 yards and a touchdown. Go Batch!

GAME BALL:
Batch (even though he threw an INT)
Suisham (hello game winner)
Dwyer (for not fumbling)
DEFENSE (for playing solid when we needed it)

GOAT:
NONE

Yeah there were some dropped balls and some mis cues but to be honest, in Baltimore I expected that.

I hope Mach picked the ravens again

I only got 4 right on the Pick 'Em this week.

If you're anything like Buddha, you probably didn't even piss in the toilet. You went outside and pissed on the side of the house.

Had to leave at the half to watch a Christmas parade that was shorter than my drive there. Got home to see the rat birds go up 20-13. Great win. Anyone care to close caption what Charlie was saying to Ben during their hug? I'm voting "don't EVER get hurt again"

He was crying because Ben now owes him $10,000 for the win.

I think Batch knew it could have been his last nfl game

Most def his last game. And what a way to go out. Finally he beat them in their house.

Quite honestly, I'm tired ... and this game is now a blur. I'll give it my best though ...

GAME BALLS

Charlie Batch: Haters gonna hate, Charlie. You've been a great backup QB. I hope we no longer need your services. But if we do, I have faith in you. ... Batch did everything a backup QB is expected to do, and then some.

O-Line: Wow, did they look good tonight. Pouncey moving to guard and Legursky moving to center was brilliant! I was worried about Beachum, but he held his own against the Raven's defense. Job well done.

HEAAAAAATH: Seriously, is there a more underrated and underappreciated player in the NFL? He's about as solid as a player can be. And tonight was no different.

Suisham: He keeps making kicks. I didn't like the strategy at the end of the game. I wanted them to get the ball closer. 42 yards isn't a gimme. But Suisham stepped up and nailed the game winner. I didn't even have my eyes all the way shut when he kicked it this time. That's progress.

Keenan Lewis: Another solid performance by Lewis. He's kind of like the Heath Miller of our defense right now. Nothing flashy. Nothing spectacular. Just brings his lunch pail and goes to work.

GOATS

Sanders: A fumble and a drop that could have cost us. Luckily, they didn't.

Wallace: Another drop along the sideline. It's all in his head at this point. I really wish he'd get it figured out.

LeBeau: Overall, the defense played well once again. But I didn't like the way Cortez Allen was left on an island while Troy was playing near the line. Having Allen in one-on-one coverage cost us two touchdowns. He's going to be a fine cornerback, but that was some serious trial by fire.

Fans: We all read too much into Tomlin's decision to make Sanders and Wallace co-starters. We all thought it meant that Wallace was being benched. Instead, they opened with a 3-receiver set with Brown, Wallace, and Sanders all on the field. So Wallace and Sanders were, just as listed, co-starters.
