Swing game 3 about to happen. Let's go Pens!

Ohh Lawd the passing was horrible last night. It seemed like every time that we got the puck, we either passed to a Ranger, open space where a Ranger got it, or it bounced off of a Penguin stick and right to a Ranger. The Rags rode the momentum until we finally scored, but by then it was too little too late. We need to figure out how to score first and not always play from behind if we want a chance at this series.

Once again the Pens looked slow. And their passes were sloppy.

I'm not sure what they thought would happen from winning game 2, but I hope someone lights a fire under their arse.

I guess I should go back to only watching the 3rd period.

I really felt like the Penguins were working hard to score a goal and to stop the goal. The Rangers are just making this too easy.

Also, can we get some power plays?

Ugh with the Pens this season. If they win I'll be happy, but they inconsistency this season has lead me to not have high expectations. I hope they can win out this series against the Rangers though.

they were really inconsistent down the stretch and did just enough to make it to the playoffs. I don't understand this team and for the most part they have left me scratching my head.

One game they're damn near perfect in every aspect and the next they're bi-polar disorder shows up.

Pens looking fierce on the attack. Leaves them vulnerable on defense but they put one on the board early. 1-0 Pens

Penguins really pissed that one away.

Well.... it's a no lose situation or the Pens are out in round 1. I hope they prove me wrong but I don't see them pulling this off; the Rangers are like savages.

That would be SWEET.

Especially with how dominant the Rangers have looked in the last few games.

Well.... it's win or go home for the Pens tonight.

Based on the last 4, I'm not expecting much....

So I'm getting ready for the game....

Penguins look like they have given up. They are playing uninspired hockey. This is sad to watch.

A better 2nd period.... the Pens still looked sloppy but were able to get a sloppy goal. One more of those and not allowing the Rangers to score = a win so I will take it.

It also seemed like the Rangers took their foot off the throttle a bit.

With the 3rd period being potentially the last period of hockey the Penguins play this year, I hope to see them come out firing and ferocious.

and with that, the Penguins season is over, losing to the rangers 4 games to 1.

The Penguins need a lot of help in the off-season, they need some defenders that are willing to hit.
Some scorers that are willing to shoot the puck.

10 solid shots in OT by the Penguins and 1 by the Rangers and it sunk them.

The whole series, it felt like the Rangers were in control.

Damn.
