i'm a fan of a few metallica albums, not necessarily the band itself. after the black album i lost interest in anymore of their music. master of puppets is my favorite all time album, followed up by AC/DC highway to hell.
Hardwired.....to Self-Destruct is the best Metallica album I've heard in years. I personally think it may be their best album. Their early stuff was fantastic. Master of Puppets is amazing. They had a very different sound than they have today, but they really seemed to recapture something with this Hardwired....to Self-Destruct album. I absolutely love it.

Hey, when are you going to jetison that JuJu sig? He's almost eligible for Social Security!
My last 3 were JuJu, AB and Sanders. Do you really want me to make one with Pickens? I'm not saying I'm a jinx, but ... just look at my name.
probably best you stay away from Pickens
Maybe I should start a poll and see who everyone wants gone.
No poll necessary, just pick Matt Canada
Brilliant! I'm disappointed in myself for not thinking of that. I might have to do it just for the trolling I'd get.
Anyone remember the topic here? Oh yeah, it's a Metallica thread. I need to listen to it a lot more, but I love the new album. Probably my favorite since the Black album.
And I totally agree with 86Ward's point about McFarland.

I may have to post this gif every time Canada has a play calling brain fart that captures the true emotion of Steelers fans everywhere.

I always pretend that Metallica quit making music after the Black album... Lol
well they quit making good music after the black album. i guess cant really say that since i dont think i've heard anything from their last 2 albums. i'm content with their old stuff. i still pop in master of puppets every few weeks.

I get you... I'll see if I can find one as you posted for a side window. The back is pretty obstructed as it is.

They already got rid of Dangerfield, Maulet, Marcus Allen, Alualu, Devin Bush, Claypool, Hassenauer, Myles Jack, Malik Reed, Benny Snell Football, Robert Spillane, Witherspoon, Wormley.
I mean, at this point, you should feel pretty good about how many players that the team has jettisoned that you were happy to see go. You are getting extremely greedy hoping they drop Gunner! Can you really be that lucky?

The players you listed have a strong chance of beating most junior high teams

I really want to know who was the guy that really wanted him so bad in the 3rd round. Because that simply was some clear and total bullshit they shoveled to get them to pick him there.

Green has put up a worse case scenario exhibition in the preseason. I think there other variables than size, but always got the idea that maybe he was too small, but he is listed at 6-4 315. I looked Pouncey up and he was 6-4 304. Mason Cole is 6-5 298.

I’m reading that greens problem is lack of strength to deal with nfl level d linemen, which I don’t quite get, aren’t you supposed to train to gain core strength? Or is it something some guys just can’t quite achieve (for the NFL level)? If so, yeah, someone screwed up bad selecting this guy.

and there it is. dude looks the same as he did his rookie year. he doesnt look like he has seen the weight room. when your job is basically wrestling people , i would think getting stronger would be a priority.
i dont know how the NFL works, but when i was in high school , weight training was not an option. even during summer break before padded practices were allowed to start, we had to report to school monday thru friday for 2 hours a day for weight training and track work. the coaching staff tailored every bodies individual workout based on your max lift for each station. for example if your bench max was 250lbs, they would set your workout weight on the bench for like 190lbs where you did 4 sets of 8 reps then you moved to the next station like curls where you had the same pre programmed amount to work out with. half the team would be doing upper body workouts and the other half would be doing leg day. which everyday we rotated. as soon as football season was over. we were back in the weight room. the only time you weren't required to lift was during the season.
