Swann had some interesting comments regarding Ben saying he wants to meet with Rooney. Here's some quotes:

"The last time I checked, he was a paid employee of the team."

"I don't think you question an organization that's had the consistency and success the Pittsburgh Steelers have had. You may not like it, because you have a relationship with the guy. You may be curious and are wondering what they are thinking and what the philosophy will be with the next guy coming in. Go talk to your head coach.

It appears that some former players are circling the wagons around Rooney.

Oh jesus chirst...REALLY????

What the fuck is wrong with asking your teams owner where he invisions the offense going??? He obviously pulled the plug on Arians, so why not go to the source? He never said anything that hinted at him being angry with Rooney's decision, he simply said he wanted to meet with him. Holy hell how things get blown out of proportion.

Hahah. C'mon, we know who's making these decisions. It's the Head Coaches job to make the play and personell decisions but he didn't rid of Arians?

Seems to me Rooney deciding where he wants this team to go, not Tomlin. If Tomlin got his way Arians would be here, and that's a fact.
