CRAP --- I just realized that I'll more than likely get to see only two or three games. The ESPN game and the Oakland game (it will be televised locally)

Now how do I stream these games on the computer??????

We'll make posts about that kind of stuff as the season approaches. If you want, you can always check with Mom ... she's got all the cool tricks.

Schedule sounds pretty tough on paper. Good. I think our guys respond better to tougher opponents/match-ups.

There's 5 nationally televised games, against: Broncos, Titans, Bengals, Chiefs, and Ravens

What I don't like is the BYE week in week 4.

Yeah, it's a waste to have a bye week after three games.

I've seen a lot of fans on various boards complaining about having to play the Ravens twice in three weeks. Remember though ... the Ravens also have to play the Steelers twice in three weeks. It's stupid from an NFL scheduling standpoint though. That's the top matchup in the AFC North, and one of the top matchups in the entire NFL. You'd think they'd wanna space those games out ... one at the beginning of the season and one at the end. And since the division has been coming down to either the Steelers and Ravens, they should play in either week 16 or 17.

The Ravens have it worse off. They have to play us at Heinz, then go across country to play the Chargers who spanked them the last time they did that, then they come back home to play us again. That scenario couldn't play out too much better for us than that. I'm hoping by the time they come home to play us, they will be beaten and demoralized from 2 consecutive beatings and drop that game at M&T Bank Stadium for a Steeler regular season sweep!
