| We're going to be remodeling the board a little bit over the coming weeks. Nothing major, mostly just some cosmetic things. One of the first changes you'll notice is a new structure to the forums. There's now a new category at the top of the board called Welcome to SX. It features three forums that previously were in their own categories ... Announcements, Introductions, and Feedback & Support. Over the coming days, we're going to eliminate some categories, combine some forums, and reshuffle things just a little. Our goal is to eliminate forums that don't get a lot of activity and give the board a simpler look. | The forum restructuring is complete. Here's the final changes:
There's no longer a forum called SX Files. That forum is now called The Family Room. SX Files is now a category containing 2 forums ... The Family Room and The Halfway House.
There's a new category called Xtreme Xtras. Here's the forums in that category:
The Funny Farm
The Whipping Post (formerly Smackdown)
The Game Room

| Just wanted to make it known that we've been tinkering with the theme of the site a little bit. I'm sure you've noticed the navigation-bar has been changed to more reflect our homepage's navi-bar, and now we've been messing with the quote stylization. These little changes will be implemented almost regularly, and it's for the better of your SteelersXtreme user experience!

| A few changes have been made to the board structure ...
The Front Office forum has been eliminated. As talk shifts to the draft and free agency, there isn't much other Steelers news, so there really wasn't a need for a separate forum to talk about the draft or free agency. If we ever get a bunch of draftniks who like to talk about the draft all year long, we can always bring the Front Office forum back.
A new category called Fight Zone has been created. It contains forums for MMA, boxing, pro wrestling, and any other form of fighting.
The SX Files category has been eliminated. The Family Room forum has been moved to the Xtreme Xtras category.
The Halfway House forum has been eliminated. All Night Owls threads have been put away for safe keeping. All the other threads from the Halfway House have been moved to the Funny Farm forum. There's a thread in the Funny Farm called "Sooooo Bored" that we'll use for hanging out and BSing. The original "Bored" thread at SU is what led to the Halfway House, so we've kind of come full circle. _________________ If you're going to be a smart ass, you'd better be smart.
