| On offense, game balls go to Rainey and Batch. Rainey is electric and will be a nice weapon in the offense. Batch wasn't spectacular, but he ran hard and had a lot of solid runs ... he looked good.
On defense, game balls go to McLendon and Brandon Johnson. McLendon was a beast, and Johnson was flying all over the field and making plays.
Honorable mention goes to Adrian Robinson. He was outstanding, but obviously going up against scrubs.
As for goats, I'm going with Mike Adams. He didn't quite live up to all the hype we've been hearing. Got beat bad several times. Then he got injured.
My second goat is Jerrod Johnson. I was hoping he'd be good enough to at least be the third QB this year. He made Dennis Dixon look like a starter. _________________ If you're going to be a smart ass, you'd better be smart. Otherwise, you're just an ass.

| On offense: Chris Rainey and Baron Batch.
Rainey looks ELECTRIC as a receiver, and Batch looks like a hard-nosed runner, and gets tough yardage. He reminds me of Mendenhall. Rainey caught two passes, and racked up sixty-five yards and a fifty-seven yard touchdown.
On defense:
McClendon. Absolute BEAST out there tonight, I like Brandon Johnson as well, good pickup by the front-office there, he'll be good for us.
Honorable mention: Al Woods. RUN BIG MAN RUN. _________________ "Either you're playing dumb, or it's not an act". -Judge Judy

Honestly, I didn't either before tonight. _________________ If you're going to be a smart ass, you'd better be smart. Otherwise, you're just an ass.

Honestly, I didn't either before tonight. I must have missed his play. He was in Edwards' face on every play in the fourth quarter. _________________ If you're going to be a smart ass, you'd better be smart. Otherwise, you're just an ass.

| In agreement that Rainey and Batch get game balls on offense.
Defense is definitely Steve McLendon and Brandon Johnson. Adrian Robinson also looked good, but as mentioned, he was against lesser talent. _________________ -"I stand corrected... | Robinson is #46. He was starting across from Carter in practice while Woodley had a few days off. He indeed had a nice game.
Game balls go to Rainey and McLendon for me. I posted a winners/losers list on SF as well.

| My goats would be the special teams (even though they settled down some later in the game), Jerrod Johnson (didn't look too great), and the 3rd/4th string defense.
Adams was a little shaky, but he's a rookie and will learn. _________________ -"I stand corrected... But I absolutely and wholeheartedly fart in the general direction of almost every other thing you have posted to this point."-
