| It will work but will the players be up to it. I am sure they will pull something out of there sleeves they do every year. _________________ | |

| I'm sure the players will, but continuing to restructure contracts like this only helps short-term, and quite honestly, it'll only work for a little while longer.
We need to cut some of the vets this year and PERMANENTLY relieve our cap of trouble for the future. _________________ "Either you're playing dumb, or it's not an act". -Judge Judy

| I say Hampton, Foote , Starks and Harrison could be those vets that get cut. _________________ | |

We need to cut some of the vets this year and PERMANENTLY relieve our cap of trouble for the future. Yeah, we can't mortgage the future in an effort to win now. I think it'll be a combination of cut(s) and restructuring. Good thing it's Omar Khan, and not Congress, who is in charge of figuring out how to make cuts and pay for things. _________________ If you're going to be a smart ass, you'd better be smart. | I still think we should keep Starks and maybe Harrison for another year, providing they both agree to vet minimum.
I just don't agree with getting rid of all vets at the same time.
