When I started this board less than three months ago, I wasn't sure what to expect. I certainly wasn't expecting to recreate another Steelers Fever or Steelers Universe. Those boards were created by people who know what they're doing. I'm just a goofball who wanted a cool place to hang out with friends I made at both SU and SF ... a laid-back board where having fun is just as important as Steelers football. I think we've created that. So I just wanted to take a moment and thank you all for joining me on this journey and helping to create a fun place to hang out at. I have no idea where this road will lead, but I can guarantee one thing ... we're going to enjoy the ride. And I couldn't ask for better company.
Oh, except for Buddha. If anyone has any ideas how we can get rid of that asshole, send me a PM.
I no longer consider any of you friends ... I consider you family. A dysfunctional family, but family nonetheless. And I'm a better person for knowing all of you.
Hopefully, our family will continue to grow. But if not, that's fine. I couldn't ask for anything more than the pals I already have. And "there ain't nothing stronger than that."

No but really, I think I speak for everyone when I say we really appreciate you giving us an alternative place to hang out. Steelers Fever has been truly great to me but there are some things that we do over here that well....might not be accepted over there!

Creating the board was the easy part (much easier than I expected). Making entertaining posts is the hard part ... that's why I gave that job to you guys. We all have our role to play. You used the perfect words ... "alternative place to hang out." I've used those exact words in describing why this board was created. It was never meant to replace other boards ... just a place where EVERYONE, regardless of what board they call home, could come and hang out. I still love posting at SF, and I'd still post at SU if they'd let me. A lot of drama happened regarding those two boards, so I figured this could be a place where everyone would be welcome to hang out and chill.

And while I may be the lone Ravens fan, I still feel just as welcome as if I rooted for the Steelers (though God only knows why anyone would want to do that.)
