| So we've all heard the stories about Incognito in Miami over the past year, and his interaction with Martin.
Both may not play for Miami ever again. Martin probably has a better chance of returning to the team since Incognito is a FA this off-season.
With that in mind, would you want to see Incognito in a Steelers uniform come training camp? _________________ 60 MIN 53 MEN 1 NATION STEELERS NATION I am the MAN that created the MYTH that started the LEGEND Don't choose good when greatness is available!

| The Steelers had some locker room drama in recent years. They seem to have squashed it last season. The last thing they need is someone to come in and be a distraction and/or problem. _________________ If you're going to be a smart ass, you'd better be smart. Otherwise, you're just an ass. | |

But are we sure this is all Cognito? Not saying he is blameless but I honestly believe that Martin had some things to do with this as well. It was a lot of drama. I'm open to putting him on the roster, and giving him a chance to prove he's different. Let's face it, a lot of players come to the Steelers and turn around. Remember when Bettis came to Pittsburgh he was called a trouble maker and lazy. Well, I believe he proved everyone wrong. _________________ 60 MIN 53 MEN 1 NATION STEELERS NATION I am the MAN that created the MYTH that started the LEGEND Don't choose good when greatness is available!

| No. but how about we trade Pouncy to miami for their #1 and #2 draft picks! that would be better than getting incognito imo _________________ F@(k Wallace.. Throw it to Miller

| The Icognito-Martin case has taken an interesting turn. Thousands of texts between the two were released, and they support Icognito's claim that there was no bullying and that he thought they were good friends.

| So as I originally asked, is he worth giving the opportunity?
Apparently this has more to do with some back angles rather than upfront honesty. _________________ 60 MIN 53 MEN 1 NATION STEELERS NATION I am the MAN that created the MYTH that started the LEGEND Don't choose good when greatness is available!

I still say no, and it has nothing to do with Incognito. I can't believe I'm going to type this, but I think we have some young, decent talent on the line, and with Munchak's guidance, I think they have the potential to be a solid line. Maybe not great, but solid. While it's never a bad idea to add more talent at any position, I think we have too many other needs that will have to be addressed sooner rather than later. Plus, we have cap issues. I don't see why we'd want to throw what little money we can free up at a position that isn't an immediate need. If we had plenty of cap space and fewer immediate needs, he might be worth considering. But in our current position, I just don't see it. _________________ If you're going to be a smart ass, you'd better be smart. Otherwise, you're just an ass.
