Steelers vs. Eagles game thread (Preseason Week 3)

Well time to see what the Steelers can put together on the offensive side of the ball

1st down pass to Heath and he was open, but wasn't looking for the pass.

2nd down: Ben with the big drop back and I think he was throwing deep to Wheaton no matter what. He was double covered.

Wheaton needs to finish that route. Looked like he slowed down.

Somehow I missed a play somewhere, it's 2nd and 5 now after the run up the middle by Blount. Slip route by Heath (coming behind the line) for a nice gain. 1st down.

Blount has been doing a great job of breaking tackles. Pick up of 3.

Play action on 2nd down, great pickup on the block by I believe Dri. Throws behind Wheaton. Badly.

and followed up with a terrible pass from Ben to Wheaton

3rd down, pass to Wheaton. Errant again. There has been great time for Ben as he's been able to set up in the pocket. Offense doesn't seem to be on the same page. Punt is a fair catch.

and another bad pass by Ben on that circuit.

Again, why doesn't the punter punt at an angle instead straight down the field?

I'm here and the O looks off tonight.

1st and 10 for the Eagles. PA, pass for a solid gain. Tackle by Timmons.

1st down and there was a tunnel for the RB to run in. 7 yard gain.

Say what you want about Riley Cooper, but last year he came in to his own and seems to be Foles' target

Handoff on 2nd. Tuitt with the tackle stopping them just short.

3rd down, handoff from the gun. Tucker with the carry and first. Jones on the tackle

1st down. Blitz picked up. Catch by Celek and thunderous hit by Mitchell. No clue how Celek hung on there. The dude is taking a beating.

not sure the Steelers are really prepared on either side of the ball tonight. They look out of sequence.

Celek solid in that catch.

Play action, pass to Cooper in the end zone (Ike in coverage).... flag...... on Ike? NO! On Cooper!
