| Although this clearly isn't Steelers related, I'm posting it here so more members will see it. I've seen some incorrect tagging, which results in the alert not being sent. As most of you already know, you can get another member's attention in a thread by putting the @ symbol in front of their name in your post. This sends them an alert that directs them to your post. For most usernames, you simply put the @ symbol in front of their name. For instance: @SteelersYakBut if there are spaces or any kind of symbol (* - # $ etc.) in their name (for example: Buddha Bus, El-Gonzo Jackson), then you must put quote marks around their username for the tagging to work. The quote marks will not show up in the post. To be clear, you do not put a quote mark in front of the @ symbol ... just around their username ... Incorrect: "@name" Correct: @"name" If the tagging is done correctly, their name will be underlined in your post.
