Greatest Steelers WR tournament

Hmmm, Thigpen vs. Holmes is a tough matchup for the first round. If we don't factor in one catch in a certain game, I think the edge goes to Thigpen. In my opinion, he was a better receiver than Holmes. But that one catch helped win us a Super Bowl. Even so, I'd probably still have to go with Thigpen. I don't think there's a wrong choice here.

I nearly put Kordell Stewart in here just to stir up some controversy. He would've been paired against Hines Ward. Both former QBs! Maybe we'll have a recall...

Agreed. I thought the Wallace/AB match was cool and Ward/El also (both being former QBs) but who in their right mind would vote for Wallace?

BTW, Holmes actually edged out Thigpen, at least so far. I'm tallying and will put up round 2 probably Monday morning or early afternoon

I know career wise it's still a landslide until AB can put together a decade+ worth of work, but production wise, i don't think any steeler wr could touch what AB has done in the last 2 years in the same stretch. Not only a huge player on offense but a special teams ace as well.

We should make a all-time greatest steelers qb tournament, but with a catch, minus ben and bradshaw since they're obvious locks. After that it'll be a close 3-way race between kordell stewart, bubby brister, and o'donnell
