| Vick did as well as a backup could be expected to do with 4 days of prep. A fg kicker with 8+ years of experience needs to nail that shit from 41 yards, totally unacceptable. Scobee is a fucking failure and needs to do everyone a favor and hang himself | |

| FUCK SCOBEE. AWFUL 2nd quarter coward coaching. Terrible OT play calling. GOATS??? Scobee Tomlin Haley and Vick for not completing 3 yard pass plays when needed the most.
Who cares about game balls during losses like this. _________________ Win, Lose, or Tie, I'm a Steeler fan until I DIE!!!

| Thats a season changer, a 180 if you will. We lost this game because our field goal kicker isnt good enough for our coach to let him kick a 50 yarder for the win in overtime. Fuck scobee. This is on his shoulders alone. _________________ | |

| He had the distance but didn't account for the wind. Unacceptable for a 12 year veteran kicker. | |

We're screwed without Ben. No chance with him gone. You haven't seen many games then. I've seen far worst. Well you're likely older and I don't watch many other teams. Starting the 11th, I'm gonna get some real entertainment.

| The Steelers have got to let this guy go. He cannot be depended upon in games. He is not going to suddenly get better. I can't believe that he was such a good kicker before he came to the Steelers. I don't even want to see his face on the sidelines anymore. I'm so pissed right now. To me, this is the second game that he caused the Steelers to lose. I still think that we might have beat New England if he would have kept us in the game by making his field goals. I'm totally disgusted with this guy. | |

Odd thing to consider but yeah. The two games we lose are the two games we flush a much needed 6 points for the win down the toilet.

| There is no way management can get away with keeping Scobee on this team. After showing we had Zero faith in him, and that he costed us the game by #1 missing 2 very makeable field goals and #2 buy causing our head coach to not even trust him on a game winning 50 yarder. I wouldnt have trusted him either. Theres no way he doesnt get cut tomorrow and we sign somebody else, no way. There is no way they can keep him after showing that lack of trust, scobee was cut as soon as he missed that second fg. _________________ | |

Who cares about game balls during losses like this. Yep. The coaching staff are STILL terrible game managers and bad play callers in crunch time. Same ol' shat. _________________

Let's also not forget about the PAT he clanged in the 9ers game, along with barely making the next one. So to me it's 3/4 games he's looked like an early retiree. _________________ "Right now I'm having amnesia and déjà vu at the same time. I think I've forgotten this before." ~ Steven Wright

Oh watch us keep him. A draft pick was involved. Dri will only catch the ball and kneel in the endzone and Scobee will only kick off for us. While we go for it on every 4th down.

| As many other mistakes as there were (brown dropping a touchdown, vick over throwing a 7 yard pass, overall stupid repetitive conservative playcalling you cant blame anyone but Scobee because those are kicks you HAVE TO MAKE 99% of the time and he missed 2 of them. If scobee makes either of those two kicks the game never goes to over time and we win. The other mistakes were there but are all justifiable to some extent, but missing those FGs? No Fucking Way. Under no circumstances do you miss those kicks especially games like this one.
kicking 40 something yard field goals are a fundamental part of the game. Like catching a pop fly in baseball. For a professional it should be automatic. Its not like we were even asking him to make difficult field goals. _________________
