Checked in with that buddy of mine, he says the best one is actually right outside the city in Monroeville. It's called Audio Communications and it's 14 miles out of town.

I did find a good shop in town. Place has tons of Steelers memorabilia: lots of autographed jerseys, letters from Steelers and other NFL teams thank him for upgrading their rides, etc. Got a plan to upgrade my audio, but it is very pricy.
