does Ohio State fire Urban Meyer? he's on paid leave i'm thinking Gene Smith is now talking to University lawyers to find out the best way to legally terminate Meyer's contract.

yes i'm a Ohio State football fan i also really dislike men who beat on women.

In today's over politicized and uberly sensitive society, he'll probably be fired by the end of the week.

I'm not saying we don't take domestic abuse seriously, I'm saying companies/organizations jump to conclusions too quickly without getting all the information, especially when it's a high profile employee.

IMO, they need to do their due diligence, and get more information before doing anything with Meyer.

As a Penn State fan, I remember the shit storm surrounding Joe Paterno and the football program when it all came to light. The school jumped to conclusions way too soon and it created a bigger problem for the school, and the football players. Had they held off on their decision, I think they could've done a better job with their decisions in the end.

Honestly I wouldn't mind if Meyer got fired, I've never liked the guy. That's just me personally, either way he deserves due process just like anyone else. There'll be an investigation and they should decide what to do when that concludes.

so Urban Meyer got a 3 game suspension and Gene Smith athletic director got a 2 week suspension guess Urban did tell his boss about it but Gene didn't take it any farther. any way I would of been happy with Ryan Day as the headcoach.
