I had a feeling something like this was going to happen. I appreciate how much he means to the team and community. If he even makes it back this year I think it will be his last. I just wish we had a team capable of sending him off like they did the Bus. The man is 90% heart. I hate it.

sheeeeeit. .... if i'm cam i'm not announcing retirement they gonna have to cut me. he's got 6.4 million guaranteed next year. to keep him for a last hurrah would cost them 22.4

I saw they finally elevated Fehoko from the practice squad. I had thought Run CMC slicing through our defense like a hot knife through butter would've prompted this move following that embarrassing loss in Week 1 but nope, it took another week and Nick Chubb/Jerome Ford running right through us yet again for them to figure out that the d-line can't stop the run.

as often as they rotate the Dline, what does it matter if they have one dedicated fat ass run stopping NT on the roster ? i mean the dlinemen on the roster right now are hardly pass rushing phenoms. i'd rather have a guy that excels at one job than have a guy thats just so/so at two jobs. spending a top 3 draft pick once every decade and sacrificing a roster spot isnt going to kill them. they piss away draft picks and roster spots every year on shittier investments.
