Man that was an ugly win, if not for TJ Watt, the pass rush overall, and Nick Chubb's nasty injury, we'd of lost this game. The defense outscored the offense. That'd be fine if it was a freak thing that just kind of happened, but I feel like it's something that's going to be consistently required for us to win games.

Despite the win, all my optimism from the offseason is completely gone. This offense is a shitshow from top to bottom. Canada should be fired, but that doesn't explain that Pickett's throws are often way off. He just doesn't look like a capable starter right now. I don't see any development compared to last season. And when will they finally accept that Najee is a bust?

Now we know that pre-season is NOT an indicator. KP looks like a QB,talks like a QB but come game time he's Mr. "high and wide". I was only able to watch a small part of the game but between KP missing throws and Canada refusing to change his anemic attack.
Let's just call it what it is. PREVENT OFFENSE.
To me this seems like a win where more goats than game balls were earned.
I was hoping last weeks performance by KP was inexperience or jitters or anything other than leaving me thinking maybe he's reached his ceiling. Factor in Canada calling this offense and it looks like it's going to be a long cardiac season.

Steelers offense is just unwatchable right now. Sometimes I hope we don't have the ball so the defense can make a play and that's not a joke

I'm feeling exactly the same. I really came thru the preseason with high expectations. i kept watching last night and thinking they'll start playing decent this drive. Aside from the Pickens play, and Jaylen Warren, there wasn't anything to get excited about. And, yeah, it does not seem KP has improved year 2 and Warren often seems to play better than Harris.

Warren was indeed a bright spot. And what happened with Freiermuth? Don't they know how to use TE's anymore? Muth has 2 catches for 5 yards this season, Washington 0. Can you make your offense more predictable? We have so many weapons, yet Canada refuses to use them.
