| Steelers haven't won in Philadelphia since 1965.
Let's hope they change that. _________________ Known as BLACK_AND_YELLOW from SF

| Chuck Noll is 0-3 against the Eagles in philly. Hard to believe.
Watching the Monday night game, it's not going to be easy again. Wentz looks good, handles pressure well. I don't know, throw a mixed bag at him? Drop seven some with some sporadic blitzes? We got to play a good defensive game. Good test for our young DB's....again

| Do they make Wentz look like a rookie of the year MVP or do they slap him around like a lost sad soul is the question. | |

| I am more concerned with Philly's defense which has been flying under the radar due to the efficient offensive production by Wentz. _________________ | |

| Let's see how they deal with the Steelers offense. They have just played the Browns and the Bears with Cutler playing 3 quarters only so far. | |

| Steelers at Eagles (Opening line: Steelers, -5.5) Current line: Steelers (-5). If there's one thing that doesn't phase the Steelers, it's going on the road against an NFC team. Since December 2013, the Steelers are 5-1 on the road against NFC teams and have also gone 5-1 ATS in that span. _________________ This is the strangest life I've ever known.

Especially for the Eagles at home, with a rookie QB that looks quite good, and a stout defense.

I guess the oddsmakers weren't impressed with the Eagles then; but they did beat two teams they were supposed to beat.

The initial line at 5&1/2 was issued by some sportsbooks before the Eagles played A number of services (including one I access for informational purposes only ) still do not have a line this morning Other sportsbooks have now dropped the line to 4 after Wentz played well - I would not be surprised to see Butler throw some blitzes at Wentz rather then the bend but don't break schemes of the past 2 games Link to Vegas Insiders lines here http://www.vegasinsider.com/nfl/odds/las-vegas/ http://www.vegasinsider.com/nfl/odds/offshore/

| Here's a question for all of you and you can only pick one:
I understand that the spreads are for gambling etc
Having said that would you rather WIN money and the Steelers lose (for arguments sake) OR Steelers win and you LOSE money?
I don't play against the spread cause I find it too tough (matter of opinion). Mind you I play in a straight up pool and even that's tough because you gotta pick some dogs each week lol
Anyway, I'll always take the win

| I never pick or bet against the Steelers. I can't even play fantasy football because I can't go against my loyalties.
I bet college football. _________________ This is the strangest life I've ever known.

I bet college football. In my straight up pool I've picked against the Steelers only twice in the last 4 or 5 years and 2 of those years were 8-8 seasons. The one that sticks out was in 2014 against the Colts I picked Indy...Ben showed me up by throwing for 522 and 6tds lol Ahhh fantasy football...that game that gives people false info. Again I understand it for gambling and to get people to watch other games. But let's be real, even with all our black and gold glasses on guys that 'light' up fantasy like a Brees, Rivers, Luck I say so what, I'm still picking Ben to WIN me the game and WINNING counts :)

No doubt, Ben should be on for this game. And our O line should be fine. Is the Eagles O any better than the bengals offense? Doubt it. But it is in theyre house. I think it's going to be a close game.

| Can't let Cox go on a pressure/sack parade, the steelers are going to have to tackle Better in the open field, and Ben will need to have a good to great game
Honestly....I've not liked what I've seen with our open field tackling and they have some great runners not to mention wentz is mobile himself.
Wentz has been allowed to be too comfortable in his first two games.....id like to see our D force him into some early mistakes to see how he and them handle adversity.....but I bet we end up employing the same strategy again...That puts a lot of pressure on the Offense to keep their nose out in front IMO.

| Pressure Wentz, hit him, and make him uncomfortable in the pocket. Let's see if that works. From what I've seen, the two teams the Eagles beat emphasized coverage over pressure. | |
