RIP Chris Cornell

CNN - Chris Cornell, lead singer of Soundgarden and Audioslave, died Wednesday night after performing in Detroit, his representative told CNN.

Cornell's death, at age 52, is being investigated as a "possible suicide," a spokesman for the Detroit Police Department told CNN.

Wow. I hate waking up to this kind of news. This one hits hard. The major voices of the grunge revolution are almost all gone. Andrew Wood. Kurt Cobain. Layne Staley. Scott Weiland. And now Chris Cornell.

RIP Chris.

Grew up listening to Chris Cornell. Sad, he was truly talented. RIP.
