| There is a good case to be made that Steelers receiver Antonio Brown should win the NFL’s MVP award, even if he misses the Steelers’ final two games with a calf injury.
But is Brown the Steelers’ MVP? There is some evidence mounting that he isn’t.
The answer to that question depends on how you define an MVP. If it is the most outstanding player, then Brown wins, hands down, for this season. But if it is the most valuable — as in least replaceable player — I’m not sure Brown is in the top three on the team.

| REPORT: Antonio Brown won't be ready by wild-card playoffsIf the Pittsburgh Steelers needed any more motivation to win out their final two regular-season games this would be it. According to ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter, Brown’s continued recovery from a calf injury needs more time and if the Steelers don’t get a first-round bye, Brown would miss the Steelers’ first playoff game. http://steelerswire.usatoday.com/2017/12/24/report-antonio-brown-wont-be-ready-by-wild-card-playoffs/ ----------------------------------------------------- Yoi! Who to believe... Schefter or Rapoport? Ian Rapoport @RapSheet From @NFLGameDay: #Steelers WR Antonio Brown's calf injury is not a major one. The team is confident he'll be 100 % whenever he takes the field next. _________________ If you're going to be a smart ass, you'd better be smart. Otherwise, you're just an ass. | |

| With another two weeks to heal, I feel confident Brown will be on the field. Maybe for the first game back he can be in a limited role considering the WRs have had some great production in his absence. _________________ 60 MIN 53 MEN 1 NATION STEELERS NATION I am the MAN that created the MYTH that started the LEGEND Don't choose good when greatness is available! | |
