4 Steelers make All-Pro Team

4 Steelers made the All-Pro team, and all of them on the first team
T.J Watt, Cameron Heyward and Minkah Fitzpatrick are no surprises, but Diontae Johnson also made it as the punt returner.

Only one I disagree with is Heyward. He didn't have a particularly strong year.

And as I'm sure most of you have seen, Edmunds got one vote.

Way to go! Congrats to those four!

I was really happy to see all of them make it especially Johnson.

The Post Gazette article on this says the Steelers were the only team to put 3  All-Pros on defense.

I agree except I think when Tuitt went down teams started doubling up on Heyward and he still caused problems. Remember a down year for him is still pretty good.Having said this I think he got voted in by proxy.
All things considered for an 8-8 to have this many All-Pro players says a lot about how great our DC is.

According to PFF Heyward was the best player on our team with a 91.5 rating trailing only Aaron Donald at his position. TJ had a 91.3 rating and was the best at his position.

Hmm, I wasn't aware of that. All I know is that watching the games, I rarely saw him be the dusruptive force we've seen him be in years past. Most games, I forgot he was playing.

I guess it's the same with Johnson. Statistically, he's near the top. But other than the one return for a TD, I can't think of too many other returns that scream All Pro.
