Gary doesn't want to do it or pay for it anymore. Apparently the fees have gotten out of hand. That and members have dwindled considerably.

I enjoyed what little time I had at SU. I met a lot of good people on that forum and made some frienships. I also genuinely enjoyed the conversations I've had with FanSince and HometownGal over the years..I feel like a part of the forum died when she did.

We'll take any an all comers! I really am sorry to hear about SU, I lurk there more than anything and haven't been as active on forums in general since my little guy joined the world but hearing about SU kind of lit a fire under my ass a bit. If SU goes under I just want all you SU guys to know you have a home here if you want it.

That being said I'd be willing to pitch in to help out SU with a few bucks if it means it can stay online, I do remember what it was like when SF was just up and shut down on us. It sucked, but SX took us in after that ordeal and I was able to stay in contact with friends that way. I made new friends too. SX isn't the largest forum, but we have a good group of people.
