| Just finished watching Breaking Bad. All the hype surrounding the series finale drew me in. Absolutely fantastic show. From start to finish, this was easily the most satisfying show I've ever watched. _________________ If you're going to be a smart ass, you'd better be smart. Otherwise, you're just an ass. | |

Yes. That show is fantastic as well. Vince Gilligan knows what the hell he's doing. His characters are great and skirt that gray area between hero and villain. He has an uncanny ability to make someone who should be vilified and despised into a sympathetic character. Mike Ehrmantraut is my favorite character on the show besides Saul. I think I actually like him more than Saul and Jonathan Banks plays him beautifully. _________________ -"I stand corrected... | Saul was great in Breaking Bad. It'll be interesting to watch this and then re-watch Breaking Bad just to see how his character develops.
Anyone try a Chicago Steamer yet lol

Anyone try a Chicago Steamer yet lol Yeah. Saul isn't quite the greasy shit yet that he was in "Breaking Bad". It will be interesting to see where it all "breaks bad" for him. And, no, I haven't performed a Chicago Steamer yet. Just waiting for the right moment. _________________ -"I stand corrected... | i think a lot of people are gonna be a bit "put off" by the slow start of season 1 and the lack "humor", thus far that was more prevalent in breaking bad saul. some people aren't going to have the patients to "let saul's story build" , and we're probably expecting to see more of the "other saul".

Indeed. What I found pleasing is how Tuco (subtly) enjoyed it when WW blew up his office. Tuco likes crazy. Tuco respects crazy. .

Does anyone else think that Gustavo was awesome???
Seriously, the episode called Salud was the best episode of the series. It was a better "revenge" episode than the last episode of Season 4 (Face Off).
I really like Gus.
Along those same lines, (SPOILER) could Gus have possibly been letting Walt go, but Walt fucked things up? Walt gave the kid the lily of the valley, not Gus. Gus never threatened Jesse; Gus merely said that he'd think about it. Heck, the only reason that Gus threatened Walt's family is because Walt kept fucking up. If you re-watch the last half of Season 4, Walt is the one who caused all of the problems.
Your thoughts...
