| Lance, I like your take on the effect of Twitter. You're right ... it's neat because it gives a little bit of player access to bloggers and sites (like SX) that write commentaries. And for boards like Xtreme, it generates more topics of discussion. Sometimes the players give too much information, but that's a topic for another day.
I just subscribed to your podcasts. Anyone else who would like to subscribe, go to http://feeds.feedburner.com/curtainradio. _________________ If you're going to be a smart ass, you'd better be smart. Otherwise, you're just an ass.

| I too agree with the Twitter analysis. I have had a few Tweets sent to me by Sanders (one on my personal one, one on the Steelers Xtreme one). The one talked about what touchdown dance he will do after his first touchdown. News sources probably would have blown that one Tweet till a full blown article with the headline: "Sanders unveils plans for first touchdown, expects to have great 2012 season".
I hope you are right about Rainey, I hope he makes the squad because I think he could hurt teams with his speed and with swing passes.
Absolutely agree that we need to go shopping for a corner.
Great show! _________________ Twitter: @SteelersYak

| Thanks for the link and the podcast....joined through yahoo, and it was easy as clicking a button (yeah, I'm pretty new to the podcast thing, lol).
And welcome to the board, can't wait to take a listen! _________________

Me too. This is the first podcast I've ever subscribed to. It's just not something I've thought much about before. But it's always great to hear Steelers talk during the offseason. How the hell were we able to survive before the Internet? _________________ If you're going to be a smart ass, you'd better be smart. Otherwise, you're just an ass.

How the hell were we able to survive before the Internet? I have no idea...I seem to vaguely remember this thing called 'outside'. I sometimes think I catch a glimpse of it, but then my eyes go blind with shooting pain and so I just go back to the computer. _________________

How the hell were we able to survive before the Internet? We just hit women with a club and dragged them back to our cave. That's my story. Older than dirt.
