| Can't lie...since he talked about sour grapes from sb40....I always had it in the back of my mind that he wouldn't resign here.
Glad he is with the steelers and continues to maul defenses.

???? SB 40 was in 2005. DeCastro was in highschool then. One of the best guards in the NFL. Glad he is here long term. One could argue that DeCastro and Gilbert played at pro bowl level last season, so great to have them and Pouncey around. | |

I remember that, he brought up that super bowl win when we drafted him. Was afraid he might find his way to Seattle someday. Glad he's here long term also.

| Even though it went right down to the wire, I knew there was no way in the world management would let this guy walk. We were incredibly lucky that he dropped to us in the draft that year. He's one of the best guards in the league. A mauler with smarts. Great move that was actually a no-brainer.  | |
