| Drafted with the 11th overall pick of the 2005 NFL Draft, DeMarcus Ware had a Hall of Fame-worthy career with the Dallas Cowboys. Voted to the Pro Bowl nine times and named Defensive Player of the Year in 2011, Ware was one of the top pass-rushing talents of his generation.
Despite all the accolades he earned in Dallas, and the Super Bowl title he won with the Denver Broncos, it seems there is still something missing in Ware’s NFL career, something he would consider coming out of retirement to fix.
Apparently Ware always wanted to play for the Pittsburgh Steelers.
During an appearance on the NFL Network, while suggesting he was happy with his life away from football, Ware admitted there was one team in the league that could tempt him out of retirement if they came calling.
"I always wanted to play for the Steel Curtain. For the Pittsburgh Steelers. I just feel like, if I just put on that yellow and black and come off the corner. I can make, whoa, just wreak havoc out there man."

| DeMarcus Ware was a damn good 3-4 OLB and team player and knows the position at his age he is still better then Moats and Chickillo. | |

| it's funny how these washed up has beens (ware ,revis ) never showed a desire to play for pittsburgh when they were worth a shit. ... i mean where was ware's interest in the steelers when he was signing his second contract with dallas , or when he was signing with denver ? did his manager call the steelers and try to work out a contract friendly deal ? | |

James Harrison- 2010 but to be fair he is the exception to the rule.

I think MOP was referring to human football players, not machines. _________________ If you're going to be a smart ass, you'd better be smart. Otherwise, you're just an ass.

keep in mind i used the word "successfully" before came back. by that i meant returned to former glory. sure harrison came back. but his play clearly showed decline. one could argue his age as also a factor. but i recall kevin greene having some nice seasons in his late 30's. and look what ails james today despite only playing a hand full of snaps this season....his back.
