with a 4 down linemen and what ever combo of players behind it. get 4 d-linemen to tie up 5 o-linemen and blitz a inside CB, SS or a LB. make the defense as simple as possible so it can play fast. I'm so tiered of this lack of communication excuse very year.

Sorry the number you have reached has been disconnected since 2012 with the retirement of most of the Steelers #1 ranked defensive players.

Since that time Tomlin has misfired on so many number 1 and 2 picks it makes most Steeler fans sick to their stomachs.

But I digress... The Standard is the Standard right?

Follow up to the LJ Fort cut. By cutting Fort, the Eagles cost the 3rd round compensatory draft pick. Steelers can get it back by cutting Moncrief.

I think we should do that. Without a 1st round pick next year we will need as many earlier rounds picks as we can get + we shed Moncrief. WIN/WIN.

Absolutely hated reading that headline. Fort is former UNI Panther, and a guy I wanted to see get more playing time during his time with us. Now the Ravens pull their typical "Patriot" move by signing one of our former players so they can try to get the inside line on our defense. Definitely not surprised by the move. Harbaugh is always trying to emulate Belicheat.

Steelers are tied with the Cowgirls in red zone defense at 35.7%

3. Dallas/Pittsburgh

Defense does win you the game. No matter what. But at least they are tied for Cowboys for Red Zone defense.
