We do have a history of playing down to "inferior" teams. This year we are the "inferior" team. That underdog role.
Tomlin should relish that. I think Miami is a good test for us in the sense that we find out if we can brake the cycle.

Every team poses a threat. But we certainly cannot afford to lose to a team like the Dolphins.

Even though Tomlin coached teams do have a history of losing games we are supposed to win, I feel like this will be an exception. The entire organization has been in panic mode this last month and I feel like Tomlin won't let up. I am almost positive our defense comes out with that killer instinct again like we did against San Diego. My only worry is about our offensive play calling, but I have faith in Mason! I hope Fichtner let's loose and let's Rudolph play his game.

A winless team, is a dangerous team. They have nothing to lose, and will take risks most teams wouldn't in pursuit of not going 0-16.

We can't afford to take ANY team for granted this year. It shouldn't matter who it is we're playing. Tomlin should approach it and instill in all players this fact: This is our most important game this week.
There is no other logical way to look at our schedule. That mindset should be the STANDARD.
