Taking a look at the AFC:
Steelers biggest road blocks are ratbirds, bills, colts, & browns (yes, those browns). Ratbirds are always a tough game. Last year we should've beaten the bills with a backup backup QB, but our defense failed us. The Colts have a solid defense (as they showed against the Packers) and an offense which can strike quickly. The Browns are a surprise (currently 2nd in the AFCN) and shouldn't be taken lightly anymore. The offense is lead by a high power run game and have dual threats at the position.

Chiefs biggest road blocks are the Dolphins, Saints, and Chargers. Depending on the how the Steelers schedule unfolds, the final game against the Chargers could be for naught and they'll sit some starters.

Buffalos biggest challenges are Chargers, Steelers, and Dolphins. The final game against the Dolphins could be for the AFC East crown and a first round home game.

Colts biggest games are Titans (x2), Raiders, and Steelers. The Titans games will set the stage for wins the division

Clevelands road blocks are the Titans, ratbirds, and Steelers. The game against the ratbirds very well could determine who makes the playoffs and who watches them from the cheaper cheap seats. Thousands of browns fans will be Steelers fans Thursday night as that game will help them immensely, and then they'll have to handle their own business.

Raiders biggest challenges are the Colts, Chargers, and Dolphins. Back to back to back big games could very well end their chances of making the playoffs.

Looking at the NFC:

Saints have two big games remaining against the Chiefs and Vikings. The defense is coming alive, and the offense doesn't really miss a beat with Hill under center. They should be able to handle the rest of the teams and lock up the #1 seed.

Rams games against the Cardinals (x2) and Seahawks will determine their playoff hopes. I anticipate they'll take the momentum gained from the victory over the Bucs. They'll be a dangerous team in the run up to the playoffs.

Packers have to answer the bell. They've been hit or miss lately and it cost them two games they certainly could've won. Bears (x2) and Titans will determine how far this team can go in the playoffs. I anticipate they'll win the NFC North once again, but they'll have to settle for the 3rd seed in the playoffs.

Eagles (insert Cowboys, or Washington in this slot depending on the week) will be a joke. Hell which ever team comes out of the NFC (L)east will be a joke in the playoffs. The Eagles don't over much of a threat. IMO, the real threat are the Cowboys especially with Andy Dalton under center. While the Eagles hold the edge for now, I'm calling it now, the Cowboys make the playoffs and could surprise someone on Wild Card weekend.

Seahawks toughest opponent coming down the stretch are the Rams. That game alone could very well determine who wins the division and with the Rams winning the first game, it could be a must win for the Seahawks.

Buccaneers road blocks are the next two weeks with games against the Chiefs and Vikings. How their defense performs will tell a lot about this team. Marcia will be Marcia - well until he gets hit anyway. While I don't consider the Lions game a challenge, with former DC Matt Patricia coaching them, he could put enough pressure on Brady to make the game interesting. Look for the Bucs to secure a playoff spot prior to the game against the Lions.

Cardinals have two games remaining against the Rams which could potentially impact their chances of making the playoffs. It remains to be seen if the Cardinals can handle the pressure of closing out the season on a high note or if young QB Kyle Murray folds under pressure.

One week of practice, for the next game

Kyler Murray got hurt. So Cardinals-Rams game is now Chris Streveler vs John Wolford for a playoff spot

AFC is set. Buffalo vs Indy, Pitt vs Cleveland and Tennessee vs Baltimore.....I hope the Ratbirds have fun trying to stop Derrick Henry lol

Wow that SNF game was a joke. Eagles clearly fucked the giants putting sudfeld in the game down 6. Washington did everything they could to lose and still won. That whole division is so bad. Washington is gonna get demolished next week

Couldn't agree more, losing on purpose is bullshit.

So Buffalo, LA and Tampa all move on today. LA really surprised me, the other two outcomes not so much although I was hoping Washington would pull it off.

LA looked solid. That D looked tough to beat.
