Defense is pathetic tonight. Browns just doing whatever they want basically. Zero pressure since the first quarter, and the run defense has completely fallen apart.

Offense did nothing the 2nd half either. First drive was good but I wish we'd have gone for it on their 40, then we've done nothing ever since. Also, 1-6 on 3rd downs? Got to convert those.

I'm just getting tired of watching the same old song and dance with this team. Matt Canada is not an NFL quality OC. He blew his load with two decent drives and then it was right back to the same old shit. The defense without TJ can't get to the QB and the defensive line and LBers should be embarrassed with their play. Out there getting pancaked and put on their ass all night long.
The freaking Jets beat the Browns. The Jets.... with Joe Flacco at QB.... Meanwhile we get manhandled by them.

can anyone say top 10 draft pick next year? Steelers got their butts kicked on both sides lines of scrimmage, makes it hard to get the ball down field when your o-line can't block 4 d-linemen. New defensive coaches same defense, need more meat on the inside of that d-line.

I turned the game off in the 4th after we went 3 and out again. If this type of play continues TJ coming back won't save us. We couldn't get to Brissett. It was so bad I'm pretty sure he emailed his Mom live video of his line knocking our D line on their asses. Chubb/Hunt put on a clinic because WE CAN'T TACKLE FOR TO SAVE OUR LIVES. The only bright spot was our Oline played better but Canada/Mitch put a stop to any real hope of pulling out a win. When you're watching a game where your predominant phrase is either C'Mon Man or WTF it's no fun at all. I predict Tomlin's winning season streak ends this year with us missing the playoffs.

One thing the Steelers defense carried over from last year is how good their defenders are at follow receivers on routes they run.
It's sad the Steelers defense rush 5 defenders and 5 offensive linmen successfully block all 5 rushers on passing plays, would like the Steelers to go old school 4 defensive linemen who can get after the QB with tweener OLB who are big enough to stop the run and fast enough to cover receivers with a MLBer who can cover side line to side line on running plays. Keep it simple jagoff. I know ya'all still have a woody for the 3-4 defense.
On offense give me 5 road grinder offensive linemen who punish defensives in the run game for keeping their safeties back in 2 deep zone and can punish that defense in the passing game when the start bring DBs up to stop the run.
This Steelers offense has the skill players to do this but they don't have the o-line to make defenses respect their run game.
I'm kind of hoping the Steelers do get a top 10 pick so they can draft a real LT.
