Pre-draft, I see a solid 12-4, but no worse than 10-6.

My prediction is 13-3 with home field advantage. If the Cheats make it to the AFCCG  they will have to beat us the second time around in the Burgh.

Could get off to a good start. Final stretch is a little tough but we play solid football in crunch time. I think this team definitely can repeat as AFC North winners and maybe this time get a bye. We need to get that Pats* monkey off our back. Last year was so bittersweet because of how it ended especially knowing it was Mr. Rooney's final season. Let's win number seven for Dan this year.

Whoever made this schedule I would like to kick right in the nuts.

Personally this is one of the greatest schedules they've had in my limited years of watching.
I love prime time games as those are the ones I usually pick to go too.
But the fact that half the season is prime time (yes I'm counting the 430 games cause on those weeks they'll be the 'national' game except in the other markets for said teams playing) I think it's awesome.

But the 4 is a row is kinda cool too.

I like the beginning because should they not shit themselves and blow any games like usual they should be perfect at the bye. But in reality they'll cough one up probably to Baltimore and/or Jacksonville just because.

Hmm two of those away games are in my neck of the woods...

Wife wants to go to Chicago because we've never been inside Soldier Field for a game... but part of me wants to go to Kansas City because it's 3 hours closer.

I've been to KC before. Back in November of 2011. Sunday Night Football against the hapless Chiefs coached by our very own Todd Haley, and quarterbacked by a phenom named Tyler Palko

It was a fun experience. Game itself was kind of like watching paint dry, and we let the Chiefs stay in the game despite Palko's 4 interceptions, but the atmosphere was great. It was basically a Steelers home game though, the Chiefs fans at that point, knew that their season was over.

A lot of friendly trash talk in the parking lot and walking into the stadium through all of the tailgating, and only one really negative experience with a salty Chiefs fan after the game was over with. I have to imagine it's a much tougher crowd when the Chiefs are a contender and not a pretender.

I think I might do Soldier Field for sure this year, and maybe I'll try to get cheap tickets in the upper sections at Arrowhead since I've already been there before.
