There’s rock bottom.

Then there’s Brian Hoyer poking fun at your organization.

Try to swallow that down — Brian Hoyer, a guy who before this season never threw more than 100 passes in a professional year or started more than three games in a season, was making fun of the Steelers.

Yes, Brian Hoyer — a guy who threw one solitary pass in 2011 as a member of the Patriots* — felt the need (and had every right) to play funny guy after Sunday’s game.

According to Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer, Hoyer said after Sunday’s dismantling of the Steelers that he was “a little bored at the end” of his side’s 31-10 victory over the visiting club from Pittsburgh.

How embarrassing.

How humiliating.

How degrading.

This wasn’t Brady or Manning, Luck or Brees having a good time ribbing you after the game; this was Brian freaking Hoyer.

How’s that hit you Mike Tomlin?

How’s that hit you Dick LeBeau?

How’s that hit you Todd Haley?

How’s that hit you Kevin Colbert?

How’s that hit you anyone with the surname Rooney?

Hoyer needed only eight completions (he threw 21 times) to roar to 217 yards passing as the Browns beat the Steelers for just the third time in the last 23 tries and most definitively since that 51-0 hammering in 1989

Sorry to add insult to injury. The Clowns act like they won the Super Bowl.

Yeah well that will be incentive for the next time we play whatever team he is on. While Cleveland has improved he still only beat (soundly maybe) a Steeler team that is out of sync. No excuses they played well and we didn't.

They seem to forget that we beat them once this year. Granted, not the ass-whooping they gave us, but we beat them nevertheless.

There are four teams I absolutely detest losing to, I mean it drives me crazy. For some reason, losses to the Ravens, 49ers, Cowboys, and Clowns irk me to no end.

I hate loosing to the Rats, Browns, Cowboys and last but not even close to least is the Patriots*. I lived in Dallas for about 1 1/2 years and at first I thought the whole God can watch the Cowboys play was cute but by the time I left it was I never thought I'd say that the AFC north is the strongest division except for us. The fact is though they've be loooooosing for years. We WILL turn this around and not 10 years from now. There I go shouting again.

The mocking I took from my Browns friends was absolute torture and there was nothing I could do to stop it. This was worse than the Ravens loss IMO.

On Brian Hoyer, he's an irrelevant punk who won't have a job in a season or so... just like the other Browns' past QBs.

For whatever reason, I felt like that too. Maybe it's because we are not suppose to lose to the Clowns.

I'm dreading my class this morning. My professor is a self proclaimed "Browns fan" -- she jumped on the bandwagon this year because they drafted Manziel who graduated from her beloved alma mater, Texas A&M. She will get the evil eye from me if she talks about this game.
