LATROBE - Football is all about adjustments. From on-field adjustments involving schemes to off-field adjustments involving a new way of life, the adaptable football player tends to be the most successful.

Ryan Mundy's pretty familiar with having to adapt. Selected in the sixth round of the 2008 NFL Draft by the Steelers, Mundy was cut from his first training camp. He adapted and later joined the practice squad. A year later, he joined the active roster.

Now, along with playing a large role on special teams, Mundy is the next man up at safety for the Steelers.
