| Steelers safety Mike Mitchell played with a shoulder injury for much of last season and had surgery after the Steelers’ playoff loss to the Broncos.
The recovery from that surgery appears to be going well. Mitchell, who also had left hand surgery, posted a video to Instagram showing off a recent shoulder workout and captioned with a note that he is healing up well.

| I didn't know he had the injury. I thought he had a pretty good season compared to the year before. We need him to be ready for the start of this one and hopefully stay healthy all year. | |
