| the offense has best offensive line he has ever had, the best WR core he has ever had, the best RB he was ever had.
why so few points? that motorcycle mishap? you won superbowls before but it was the defense that made you look good.
the motorcycle wreck? Ben has always been two look one deep one short QB then scample WR make it look good.
as a pass first offense Ben is not that good.

| Calm down my friend, Ben has been a pretty damn good quartback, in fact he's the most prolific passer this team has ever had. The offense has it's issues. We have to remember that we have a rookie receiver that's seeing a lot of snaps (JuJu) and is still learning the offense, and how to play the game at the speed of the NFL. We have a receiver in Bryant that sat out the entire last season, and part of training camp before he was finally reinstated fully by the NFL. He's still rusty, and it has shown in these first three weeks. We have seen what kind of plays he is capable of making in the past, and they'll come when he and Ben get on the same page again. Then you have to take into account Le'Veon Bell. Some people dismiss him having sat out training camp... I don't. While the blocking hasn't been that great he doesn't look like the same Bell I saw last season. He's more hesitant and doesn't show the burst he usually has. In my honest opinion, he's not yet in full game shape and that can happen when you sit out all of training camp while holding out. Bell's interest in being the highest paid running back and making #2 WR money definitely hurt his production so far this season but I fully expect that he'll come around and we'll see the Bell that was shredding defenses last season. Ben has been rusty, but I think a lot of that has to do with the lack of chemistry in our offense so far. The offense is actively building chemistry, and they're learning new wrinkles that have been added to the offense. Once the chemistry develops and these guys get on the same page, this offense has the talent to be the most dangerous offense in the NFL. I think a lot of people (myself included) had some extremely high expectations for this season, especially for our offense knowing that we were going to be getting Martavis Bryant back and we unrealistically expected that they'd come out of the gates firing on all cylinders. Our offense has actually gone through quite a few changes since last season, especially from a personnel standpoint. So we're still rounding into form. Look at an offense like the Chiefs who are probably the best team in the NFL right now, they are consistent because they really haven't changed that much from last season and they have a lot of veteran players back and healthy. I think we just need to be patient, after giving this team a lot of thought since Sunday. I think the Bears game was a wake-up call for them, they know that they have to get better, and I know that losing that way pissed those guys off. We should also be getting Tuitt and Watt back this weekend which I think will be a HUGE boost to our defense and ability to stop the run. Let's see how they respond against the Ravens who just got steamrolled by the Jacksonville Jaguars and are the walking wounded right now. _________________ "Success isn't owned, it's leased and the rent is due every day." - TJ Watt | |

| has look like crap so far this season hope he turns it around good thing AB is around Ben has played against 3 different defenses who have played pretty much the same type of defense take away the deep pass and the run. hope he can find the holes in this type of defense if not he'll be seeing it every week.
the I'm not sure I might retire Ben this offseason was a little to much drama for me. so which is Ben? play like a all pro and earn the money the Steelers are paying you or retire.
