Me neither. If he skips camp like last year he doesn't show up until game 3 or 4 condition wise. Like Smith said. Be a business man and leave emotion out of it. I smell a shit storm brewing.

Stevie A. Smith is always on the players side and damn those cheap ass owners and their rigged rules then on the sly mentions 17 / 18 million a year then talks about Bell should keep his emotions out of it and play for the 14.5 million or a long term contract. most of the time he just panders to get his ratings to me the is the Bill O'Riley type of sports reporting. no talk about drug's or injury shorten season.



got to like the way reporters now project that 13.3 million is chump change and yes the 2nd place RB is what 8.25 million a year.

2 #1's would be a fantastic opportunity to get some top flight young talent on this squad with good drafting. Need to make this defense scary again.

We have the right to tag him that way. Question is : Will anyone give up the picks to sign an over inflated contract with him? Maybe the Redskins. Love to see him enjoying the weather in Cleveland so our scary defense we got with the picks drops him in the backfield all game long every time we play them.

Miami likes to overpay for our hand-me-downs.

Frankly I wouldn't care who signed him. If we used the picks to build our D back up to stop the run like we used to. Miami,Cleveland, Edmonton,or Toronto.

Trade him to Cleveland for the number 1 and get Barkley. Then in 4 years, we can do this same BS with him when he over values himself...

Bell can't be traded until he signs the franchise tag.

We should have hit him with the unrestricted tag so other teams could contact him with a lower number in order to see his true value. No one will pay him 14.5 mil a year for 5 years at his position, at his age, with his background/character, and his injury history.

Indeed! I'm still mad about it. Absolutaly unbelievable they didn't do that, especially after last year's hold out.
