I just received notification today that my replacement board has shipped. I have no idea if I have to send the other one back or not. They haven't sent me anything saying what's up with it or if UPS has decided what they are doing.

It's not a whole set, just a replacement board for the broken one. The guy said he was building it to be ready for shipment once UPS decided on the claim last I spoke to him. I have no idea if UPS has even made a judgement on whether or not they are covering the damage or not.

Was the product well secured? Plenty of bubble-wrap or material of that nature used to cushion these items during shipment? My dad and I used to work for FedEx

It had quite a bit of foam padding and the boards were wrapped together with shrink wrap. It looked like something punctured the side of the wooden crate it was shipped in.

And, yes Bagz, I got to use it a little this weekend. Now the other board (from the first delivery) has a wire that broke off from the LEDs and I have to solder it back on somehow.
