Week 4 - Steelers at Ravens

Any discussion? Predictions?

My unpopular prediction. Ravens 20. Steelers 17.

Here's why. Steelers on the road against a flawed Ravens team. Ravens have had the Steelers number the past few years. And the Ravens were embarrassed in London.

I predict the D holds up very well, but the O stinks up the joint. Ravens win on a last drive FG.

Prove me wrong Steelers.

Steelers better show up. If they lose to a Ravens squad this depleted people better stop talking about a Super Bowl.

ehhh unfortunately my thoughts run with yours. As stoked as I was for this season I've really settled into negative vibes. They likely stop our run despite being out starters on the DL, and we probably make flake-o look like Bradshaw throwing to Swann and Stallworth.

So, stealing your idea, prove me wrong and go out there give them a good ol fashion butt kicking

I honestly don't know what to expect from this game. The Steelers really haven't looked good yet this season and lost to the f'ing Bears last week. But they have the talent to beat any team in the league if they get their act together. The Ravens got absolutely crushed by the Jags last week, but prior games mean nothing when they face the Steelers. I don't know if this is coming from my head or my heart, but I'm thinking the Ravens have too many issues, and this is the week the Steelers offense finds its groove. ... 27-17 Steelers.

Ben on the road against a good pass rushing team. Expect the shit show and a 2-2 record after today boys. Until Ben shows me something different I believe his arm is suspect both his accuracy and his inability to see easy chain moving completions trying to throw long bombs every third play...

Regarding Harrison: I think this is the end of the line for him. He has been pushed off the roster by Watt and a surging Chickillo. Barring injury, we may have seen the last of him in uniform.

Right. What I meant though is, is he in the doghouse because of poor performance? Or did something else happen I don't know about?

I don't understand constantly running up the middle.

Is it me, or is there a bit more diversity in the offense? I'm seeing a lot more motion. Bell also looking a lot better this week.

Held to fg, but can't complain about the drive.

Ugh, the stupid penalities shooting ourselves in the foot. On a positive note, nice to see Bell/Conner getting going. Have to get the running game going with Brandon Williams being out for the Ratbirds.

It's not just you. I was thinking thr same thing. Force the ravens to stop the run, then hit them downfield. Offense came to play today. At least on first drive.

Wow, that was a fast 1st quarter.

I'll take 3 points on a drive that started on the 5 or so.
