2016 Draft Rounds 4 - 7 Mega Thread

I know the Steelers have already taken 2 DBs, but I'd love to see them get Deiondre' Hall, CB Northern Iowa.

Not surprise at the OT pick. Hawkins was one of the pre-draft visit. They need depth at OT.

I like Hawkins. If you take a look at him, he looks like an oversized TE. He's not a wide-body type lineman and doesn't hold a ton of fat in his belly. His flaws are things that Munchak will be able to correct. Although he plays tough, he needs to get stronger, if that makes sense. Once he's engaged, opponents are able to power through him. His draft profile says he's started every game he's played, so he has plenty of experience under his belt at both LT and RT.

any reasons why billings went so low? the FO must have really liked hargrave if they took him over billings

IDK that Dadi Nicolas has the size or strength to be a full-time starter at OLB, but he is a tremendous athlete with good special teams play, speed-rushing skills, and he is a HUGE Steelers fan.  If we pick him and you start hearing about how he always wanted to play here and has always been a Steelers fan, I promise it's not lip-service.  I have a feeling he goes somewhere in R5 or early R6 though, unfortunately.

Plus, screaming "Who's your Dadi?" every time he gets a sack his hella fun.

The Steelers would likely pick him or Brown if they're available. The question is whether they're still there when it's the Steelers' turn.

I have a very good feeling we'd take him if he's still there but I just think he goes earlier. Not a lot of edge rushers left with his college success.

Jefferson, Lowry and Benenoch are off the board. But I doubt the Steelers would take them now anyway. If they want to double down the positions, it's likely CB or S.

Mike Mayock on NFL Network said it was not the rumored knee injury - instead it supposedly was because Billings is purely a first two downs player with limited lateral movement who is a great interior run stuffer but little else

John Mitchell made a point last night of saying Hargrave can back up at end

Ten years ago the Steelers might have taken Billings in the first round as a 3-4 nose tackle if Casey was not in his prime but the game has changed

Still billings and Adkins is a load....let's hope pouncey and Decastro stay healthy this year

Travis Feeney LB, University of Washington was our 6th round comp pick. Sounds like an interesting prospect. I want to see what Peezy can do with the kid. Saw an article from a couple days ago where he's quoted as saying that anyone who passes on him will regret it. You get that talk a lot obviously but I hope for our sake that Travis can do that.
