| If anything - with a review of events during the appeal process - the NFL should ADMIT THEIR ERROR and also suspend Belichick for the whole season just like they did with Sean Payton.

| A 4 game suspension for what Brady* did is a joke. The only right punishment I see is a year ban for Brady* and Belicheat*, together with officially putting an * to last SB. Hell, I think it would be better for the league if they would kick out the Patriots** and replace them with a team in LA. On the other hand it would be sweet if they would overturn Brady's* suspension and that we beat them in week 1 with that cheater at the helmet | |

| this is priceless- the New England and their lawyers have created a "truther" website ( The Patriots** made a truther website about the Wells Report ... http://ftw.usatoday.com/2015/05/the-Patriots**-made-a-truther-website-about-the-wells-report ... Go check out the website. It has all sorts of gems.)
to spead lies about the Wells report and brainwash the braindead idiot massholes who cheer for their team- the bullshit they are feeding their fans is CLASSIC! : The Patriots**** claim the equipment manager was called 'deflator' because he wanted to lose weight
http://ftw.usatoday.com/2015/05/the-Patriots****-claim-the-equipment-manager-was-called-deflator-because-he-wanted-to-lose-weight - Quote :
- In a website released on Thursday, lawyers for the New England Patriots**** diligently worked to poke holes in the Wells Report. A few highlights:
The equipment manager’s ‘deflator’ nickname had nothing to do with football According to the website, the investigators never asked for clarification on a nickname used in a text message conversation between assistant equipment manager John Jastremski and James McNally, the game-day attendant for the team’s locker room.
From the Wells Report Context website:
Had they done so, they would have learned from either gentleman one of the ways they used the deflation/deflator term. Mr. Jastremski would sometimes work out and bulk up — he is a slender guy and his goal was to get to 200 pounds. Mr. McNally is a big fellow and had the opposite goal: to lose weight. “Deflate” was a term they used to refer to losing weight. One can specifically see this use of the term in a Nov. 30, 2014 text from Mr. McNally to Mr. Jastremski: “deflate and give somebody that jacket.” (p. 87). This banter, and Mr. McNally’s goal of losing weight, meant Mr. McNally was the “deflator.” There was nothing complicated or sinister about it. If there was any doubt about the jocular nature of the May 9, 2014 texts, a review of all the texts between these two men that day would dispel it:
the official team created website also reveals Mr. Weight Loss took the game footballs to the bathroom because he had to go pee. the chowderheads are eating this shit up and even making petitions and taking collections to pay the $1,000,000 fine for Mr Kraft!

| More evidence this organization has no class and no shame. I wonder how many dipsh!ts in the Boston area actually buy the idea that McNally was called the "Deflator" because he was trying to lose weight. Holy sh!t, if people are really that stupid we'd elect a bunch of self serving morons to public office ... oh, wait Anyways, the more they try to explain this away, the dumber, sleezer and more self serving they appear. Hearing the national media try to help shoot holes in the report is maybe even more laughable. Note to the Patriots*: This isn't the time to engage in a PR war. You cheated, you were caught red handed, you're guilty. End of story. Sign, Fan of a real team PS: You suck. | |

- Some fan, aggrieved by the league’s fining the Patriots* $1 million for their “more probable than not” role in deflating footballs, has decided to pass the hat.
A GoFundMe.com site has been set up, soliciting donations to help offset the league-imposed fine.
“We obviously know we won’t reach One Million Dollars, however we do believe the fine is bulls**t and want to help anyway we can,” the site reads. “So whatever is donated will be donated to the New England Patriots* in help with the fine!”
Yeah, poor Robert Kraft, worth $4.3 billion (with a B) can use all the help he can get.
At the moment, 365 fans/suckers/trolls have made donations worth $5,430, ranging from $500 to $5. And to be honest, as a capitalist, part of me says “fine, have at it, whizz away your own money however you please.”

| Pats*: Jim McNally called himself “Deflator” because he’s fatPosted by Darin Gantt on May 14, 2015 Oh, here we go, this makes perfect sense. Jim McNally didn’t call himself The Deflator because he took air out of footballs, more probably than not at the behest of Tom Brady. He called himself that because he’s fat. That’s another of the arguments forwarded by the Patriots* in their really long (nearly 20,000 words) refutation of the Ted Wells Report. The Patriots* explain that John Jastremski is a “slender guy,” and usually tried to work out and bulk up. McNally is described as “a big fellow,” and was trying to lose weight. The Patriots* contend investigators had possession of the “espn/deflator” text initially, but didn’t ask McNally about it in their first interview. “Had they done so, they would have learned from either gentleman one of the ways they used the deflation/deflator term,” they wrote. “‘Deflate’ was a term they used to refer to losing weight.” They cite specific texts including one which read “deflate and give somebody that jacket.” “There was nothing complicated or sinister about it,” they wrote, before going through a blow-by-blow of previous texts between McNally and Jastremski which references beer pong and women whose names were “omitted out of respect to Mrs. Jastremski.” The Patriots* suggest that the “jocular texts” undermine Wells’ suggestion that deflator was a reference to anything wrong. And frankly, that’s as thin as Jastremski apparently is. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2015/05/14/Pats*-jim-mcnally-called-himself-deflator-because-hes-fat/ | |

| A.J. Feeley says he witnessed Patriots* use doctored footballs
Posted by Michael David Smith on May 13, 2015, 10:54 AM EDT
Tom Brady AP
Former NFL quarterback A.J. Feeley says the Patriots* were breaking the rules about properly preparing footballs long before Deflategate.
Feeley said on 97.5 The Fanatic that when he was playing for the Dolphins in 2004, he saw Patriots* quarterback Tom Brady using old, broken-in balls at a time when NFL rules said that teams had to use new balls provided by the league.

so when they called tom brady a pussy, bitch, and a fag, what they really meant was that he is a superb football player and a swell guy?

BUSTED!
you would think rob kraft would be embarrassed and ashamed to allow his lawyers to sling such bullshit in his teams name, but he has proven to be beyond shame and embarrassement. Kraft has entered the rich old guy zone with nobody around to call bullshit on him acting stupid once his wife passed away several years ago - the response to the Pats** once again getting caught at cheating is just the latest example Remember this? Here's Patriots** Owner Bob Kraft Helping His Girlfriend With Some Kind Of Weird AuditionWell, this isn't something we ever thought we'd see. Via Barstool, here's 32-year-old occasional actress Ricki Noel Lander, better known around Boston as the close "pal" of Patriots** owner Robert Kraft, and she appears to auditioning for the role of "Mary Elena" in something that requires her to be in a bikini. So far, so normal. Then, before we get anywhere in the audition process, out pops (you guessed it!) Bob Kraft to lend some assistance running lines. There's dancing, horrendous acting, even Kraft fake-punching some dude and uttering the words "Fuck you, pussy!" Oscar-worthy stuff, really. http://deadspin.com/5925018/heres-Patriots**-owner-bob-kraft-helping-his-girlfriend-with-some-kind-of-weird-audition https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nQzas-QMF-g

| You have to wonder what the thinking is here. My utter contempt of shady, belicheat, crafty, and the whole tapriots organization knows no bounds so it's hard to me to be unbiased. That said this has a sleazy, ugly feel, it sounds like excuses I'd have made in middle school.Possibly they see it as the 1st salvo to erode public trust in the findings. A CBS poll shows 70% think the punishment was either fair or too light, so I guess they're apt to throw what they can at it. It doesn't make sense to come out with this and then appeal, you'd think they'd keep their cards hidden regardless of how weak they are. Sickening thing is it wouldn't be hard to buy these locker room attendants off and have them say: yeah...that's what we meant... _________________ | |

| Dickhead goodell had 10 days to find a neutral arbitrator to hear tom bradys appeals (at the request of the NFLPA).
Instead he slaps his dirt bag daddy kraft in the face and appoints himself in less than six hours.
I'd like to think he is doing this to administer an appropriate punishment, but unfortunately still suspicious he is only doing it to let his buddy off scott free.
The fact that fans even have to guess is the perfect example of why he is a complete disaster.
