| The Steelers played well today but that loss in Seattle might wind up very costly | |

| Boomer can kiss my ass......The steelers have had all sorts of injuries to their playmakers this year and are left praying Bell, a legit Canidate to be one of the best Rbs of all time, hasn't had his career permantly hampered. _________________ Previously known as: Steel_Bus_24 Member of Steelers Fever forums since 06

| We're also missing Pouncey and Beachum. Tough shit Boomer. Dalton had never been seriously hurt before this. No one had sympathy for us when we lost to Denver. | |

Yeah, but lets not kid ourselves. Steelers let AJ McCarron throw for 280 YDS, 2 TD and 2INT. If it wasn't for the 2 INT's that McCarron threw which lead to 14 points....this game is a different story. Yes, great fun to take down the Bungles in their house and put so many on the injury list, but the pass defense is still terrible and worrysome.

They kind of went to prevent mode having a 2 score game lead the majority of the game. When you play that type of D they give up some yards. I'm not too worried, though the pass rush needs to improve

Their giving up huge chunks of yardage and almost a 300 yard game, to a guy that only threw 4 NFL passes in his career, goes far beyond playing "prevent defense". If we make playoffs, it will be fun as always, but defense wins championships.......so the 2015 Steelers will not have a chance with one of the worst secondarys in the NFL.

| From ESPN, Dalton is done for season most likely. - Quote :

| A "W" is a "W" in my book! We scored 26 offensive points against what the talking heads referred to as one of the best defenses in the league and we even got a pick-six. Did we look great? No. But this was a rivalry game and like all rivalry games they tend to not be so much about who wins but rather who survives and we survived! We're 8-5 and we're in thick of the playoff race. Be happy! _________________ | |

| I'm happy. Could the secondary be better? Sure but we are getting turnovers and not allowing a ton of points. | |

https://twitter.com/BobHoltzmanESPN/status/676184683697348608 Wow, if that is the case, there is a chance the Bengals lose 2 of their last 3 maybe. Not likely, but still a chance. Karma is the best!!!

Be happy! I am. Catching up here on the post game comments and thought I was reading a post game thread after a loss. I saw it as a good old fashioned "we're going to physically kick your ass today" game. Offensively, defensively, and special teams......that mentality was there. Sure we gave up a lot of yards to a second string QB, but that's today's NFL....sometimes you can't tell who won and who lost by focusing on the passing stats. We're alive, may need some help to make the playoffs, but if we qualify for the tournament we'll be a tough matchup for any team.
